Steps for change bulk SMS account password:
1) Click on Forgot password & add there your account Username and click on submit button
2) You can enter your registered mobile number Starting with 91XXXXXXXXXX and click on Submit button so that you can get the Verification code (OTP).
3) You can get OTP to your registered mobile number. You can enter that OTP in the box & click on verify Option.
4) After that add the new password two time and click on Done option & reset the password.
5) Use new login details and try to login in SMS portal.
