How to Add Email Account in Microsoft Outlook

Go to outlook page

Click on ADD ACCOUNT
with following details

Username: your email id@your domain name
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: mail.<your Domain name>

POP3 Port: 110

Outgoing Server: mail.<your domain name>

SMTP Port: 25 or 587
