Can I schedule messages to be sent at a later date?

Yes, You can schedule to send SMS at any time in the future as you please.Visit here for schedule SMS steps. If you want to change the time and date of the scheduled SMS. You can go in the delivery report section of our SMS portal & do the needful.

Can I import my Contact data into Messenger?

Yes, you can import your mobile numbers from an Excel sheet. You need to save your Excel sheet in a CSV File and then import it into our portal with a few steps. Also, you can enter numbers manually or copy and paste if you have smaller volumes. You can visit here and follow the steps, & Import the data.

How can customers reply to my messages?

To your Promotional or Transactional SMS, your customer can not reply directly as they sent with Sender ID. In your message, you can use short code or long code and your customers can use these to reply your message.

What Is SMS Credit?

1 SMS Credit = 160 characters including spaces in English. 1 SMS Credit = 66 characters, including spaces in other languages. You can send SMS up to 700 characters, but credits will be debited as per above.

What is SMS?

SMS, which stands for Short Message Service. It is used to send short text messages from one cellular phone to another. Standard SMS have a limit of 160 characters per message.

If I do not renew the account within 30 days, then what happens?

As per our deletion policy, if you do not renew your account within 30 days, then your account will be deleted. After account deletion, you can not get carry forward credits and data backup if you have.

What is a developer SMS API?

For server-to-server communication, the Developer API uses an authentication method that allows the API to automatically send text messages, such as payment due reminders. What are TRAI’s Regulations?

Low tariffs and direct reach to consumers has made SMS one of the most cost effective ways of selling services and products. However, telemarketing has brought with it serious issues of invasion of privacy and has become a major irritant to customers. To regulate unsolicited commercial calls and messages, TRAI has notified “The Telecom Commercial Communication Customer Preference Regulations, 2010”. What is NDNC?

NDNC means National Do Not Call. It is also called DND ( Do Not Disturb). This is an initiative by TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) to save consumers from unsolicited calls/SMS. If a person registers his/her mobile number, then it would be illegal for telemarketers to send any sort of unsolicited SMS or calls on those numbers.

Will my credits expire?

Yes, SSD Web Solution provides SMS service with 1-year validity. After 1 year your SMS credits will be expired. But Don’t worry SSD Web Solution have a carry forward facility. In that after renewal your account, your existing credits will be carry forward for next year use. This Carry Forward facility is restricted for 30 days only after account expiry.

What is the relation between message length and credits?

The standard length of SMS is 160 characters. It especially depends on the message type, whether it is in Unicode or uses special characters in the message. Till 160 characters in the message used one SMS credit. If the message goes more than 160 characters, then the next credits are used up for that message. You can send the message up to 765 characters.

I don’t want to renew my account, then what should I do?

You can email us regarding this and take a backup of your Contacts, Delivery reports If you have. * After receiving your email confirmation, your account will be deleted within 7 days. If you want to renew your account or want any details regarding your account, then please contact us within 7 days after receiving your confirmation.

When will my SMS credits show in my account After purchase?

If you made the payment through Debit Card, Credit Card, Fund Transfer, or Cash Deposit, then SMS credits will be added immediately to your account within 24hours. If you have made the payment through a Demand Draft / Cheque, then SMS credits will be added to your account once we receive the payment in our account.

Are there any contracts or commitments with SMS Service?

No. There are no contracts or commitments with SMS Service. It is based on the paid amount which you paid for the SMS pack. So you can send SMS with no hassle.

How long do messages stay in my bulk sms account for?

Sent messages are stored only for 7 days in your bulk sms account. You can easily export the delivery report in an Excel file and maintain your own record.

How secure is my Contact database?

Your contact database is completely safe here. We do not provide or share any contact database, We provide only SMS Credits.

What is the character length of sender id ?

As per TRAI regulation, the sender ID length is 6 characters. In Transactional SMS Service, you can get 6 Characters sender ID with your Company / Business name, Product name, Website name (Like SSDWEB, WEBSMS, SSDIND). In Promotional SMS Service, you can get 6 6-character numerical Sender ID. That Sender ID is generated randomly by telecom operators.
